The Bar
The bar marries champagne, wine and cocktails into an exeprience unlike any other in our club. We have a diverse drink menu to create a night to please all your senses.
Our bar is based on a constant development of new seasonal recipes and a commitment to sustainability.
Catering
For food and drink requirements at your private or corporate event, just speak to our in-house team to arrange a full or partial catering service.
An extensive menu of hot and cold refreshments, as well as snacks and meals adapted to your guests’ dietary needs, is available on request.
Bar Takeovers
Our mixologist, Hannah Van Ongevalle, has taken the torch and is now curating the bar program at the club. She continues to inspire our bar tenders. By hosting new upcoming mixologists bar takeovers, we want to offer you an elevating service with a deft touch. The Bar is the perfect location for an intimate drinking experience.
Each imaginative cocktail that is shaken or stirred has been designed to complement the striking interios and ehos of the club. The expert team of mixologists serve both orginal HdM cocktails and refined interpretations of the classics in order to create innovative, memorable drinks that explore the bounderaries of flavour and heighten the experience.
